Description
Tsinandali is Georgia’s most renowned controlled appellation for dry white wines. It is traditionally made from a blend of 80% Rkatsiteli grapes (for structure and body) and 20% Mtsvane (for aromatics).
8,000 macerates its Tsinandali for 8 hours and then oak-ages 30% of the wine for 4 months. The result is an authentic and seriously complex white at an affordable price. This wine is beautifully packaged too – its uniquely shaped bottle and wax seal make it unmistakably Georgian in design.
The 8,000 Tsinandali would go down well at any dinner party and/or make for a fine gift. Highly recommended!
